fortunately no one over here has yet asked me to explain what the frak the american government thinks it's doing, but i'm dreading the day someone feels comfortable enough to do so. i remember the first time i was asked to explain the clinton scandal while living in the uk. i laughed until i realised the person actually wanted an answer.
