Book list

Here's a first list of books we are getting rid of. Painful though it is, we don't have the space for all the books we have, so they have to go. Rather than just dump them all at the local library or second-hand bookstore, friends and hangers-on get first pick :) So, if you see something you want, it's yours. Email or comment or IM or send messenger-pigeon. Same goes for any questions.
It's a very basic book list. It looks SO much prettier in Delicious Library, but I've spent enough time trying to get it to make a nice, pretty, visual list. So now, just the contents, as dumped to plain ol' text.

I'm a sucker for books. To make like easier, I'll happily take everything (unless other folks want something specific of course). Anything I can't use, I can give away or donate as well. :-)

I would love to take the Clan of the Cave Bear series and the Sword of Truth series off of your hands... as well as Good Omens. I find that I often give away my copy of Good Omens to someone who hasn't read it yet, and therefore am always short a copy when I want it. If you aren't just trying to make shelf space, I have some books that should by all rights find a new home instead of continuing to collect dust on my shelves. We should set up a play date / book trade!!

Kerri, if you are lacking books, I can send a box or two your way as well!! (chances are, some of them are/were yours!)

I'm thinking of learning how to read...

I would be interested in the Fry, Gibson, and Joyce books. It's probably easiest if I get them from Kerri.

I probably shouldn't, but I'll also take the Clavell books. I read those when they came out, and I'm wondering if my recollections are at all close to the mark. Shogun was quite well done, but the others were pretty bad.

We're in Mendon, but Luba loves any excuse to come into the city. I have all day Thurs and Fri open this week, but I don't have any free weekends until after Firefly and then Luba is going to her dad's for a month (but I'll still be around and would still love to get together!) Call me and we'll work out the details, 781-664-0141.

:)

I'd love to but the postage would seem kinda silly for all the Goodkind books....I'll go to my beloved SF public Library... thank you for offering. I suggest not donating them to the Goodwill/Salvation army (they kinda abuse books)--maybe a senior center?
